Sales Policy

We are committed to your full satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products or services let us know and we'll do our best to serve you better. We'll even send you some replacement rhinestones in the event that they should fall off-- for clearance or give-away items too! --(even if it's your dog or cats' fault). Every customer is important to us whether you buy just one or one hundred items we'll treat you with the same attention and courtesy.

In addition to the cost of rhinestones, custom design services and setup fees may apply. Ask if you qualify for free, or, discount design fees- (typically designs less than 100 crystals). No design fee if design sent through BlingWiz Rhinestone Designer, or, in other formats: Illustrator(eps), BMP, JPEG, PDF, or PNG; Please include design size dimensions within the images or files. Once template or crystal labor has begun, a minimum $10 fee will be assessed for each additional redesign request to re-create and re-prepare set-up materials. Please communicate everything you are looking for including options beforehand to avoid these extra charges.


Shipping
PayPal checkout will show shipping charges-- a flat $5 USPS charge per order (or less!). Orders usually ship within 24-48 hrs. if placed between Mon-Fri., before 12pm PT, and items are in stock. Four types of shipping: USPS First Class, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Option to ship via your carrier account number! All items ship via USPS First Class (2-4 day) unless otherwise requested. 'Overnight' U.S. shipping requests are sent at current USPS Express Mail (1-2 day) rates.

International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. If Global Priority is not available, we will ship via Air-Mail Parcel Post. Delivery times are dependent on your local postal service. Minimum $25 International orders, plus shipping.

Payment
Please note that payment options determines how quickly items can be shipped. PayPal is the fastest. The slowest are e- checks from your bank account that require 4-10 days to clear. At this time we do not take personal checks nor direct credit card payments. Please ask your bank about how to send electronic funds directly from your account; usually you can use the numbers at the bottom of your checks to do this, and PayPal can process payment in this way too! DO NOT EVER e-mail your credit card number. And DO NOT send cash. You may register for a free Paypal account for repeat, convenient, and secure credit card payments and purchase tracking. Your credit card bill statement will show payment to 'Latina247.com' or 'Lovely247.com'.



Deposits may be required for: 'volume quantity', 'special', 'limited', or 'custom' orders. When your order is ready to ship, you will be notified via e-mail with a Paypal® payment request of the balance due and further instructions.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order you may contact us to return an item. We will send further information via e-mail regarding your purchase and ask you to tell us the reason for your refund or exchange. Returns require a confirmation and processing number provided by us before you send. 100% of the item's purchase price-- not including original shipping charges-- will be refunded to your bank or credit card account. For your protection we strongly suggest insured shipping in case of loss or damage. Items must be returned in like-new condition within 90 days. Clearance items are non-returnable.
